050411. Busy at home.

Yaiks yaiks yaiks. What I hate is when people ask me to do something which is not needed. I seriously #@$%*?#@&\. Mxhxi.

They asked me to bring kitchen uniform. I purposely borrowed from my friend one set and went to tailor made another one set. TMD!!!!  So heavy and space wasting to bring 3 sets of uniforms there. Not like I have nothing else to bring. At the end they say 'Your chef jacket red colour ar? Not so nice. Later the chefs dont like. Use our chef jacket la.'

If you have extra chef jackets, WHY did you ask me to bring?!!??!?!!?!? Plus who doesnt knows Taylor's likes to be special and our main colours are  the sharp colours Red and Black. (The king and Queens of colours) The tailor made one is black in colour. Colar only. But they say it's almost the same as senior chefs better dont wear. Waseh. Does the colour really matter when they are good? I dont think they really care lo. People think too much ba...

I washed my clothes. And I did quite alot of things with my hands today. At hotel and hostel. The result of it.

Well. I dont have my phone with me. So this quality came out. Haizzz. I thought phones in Langkawi cheaper. XD Stupid.

Today in Garde Manger was quiet. They dont really talk to me. And I cant really understand when they are chatting among each other. Kedah's Spoken Malay. And my legs are hurting. These safety shoes are somehow not so comfortable. When in college, stand for 6 hours also dying d. Now 8 hours, worse.

One good thing is in Garde Manger I dont sweat. XD Good. One of the chefs brought us, trainees for kitchen tour. Haha! Damn alot of chiller and freezer. And he explains things when we are in the chiller or freezer. Damn cold!!!!

I got my timetable.
2 weeks Garde Manger
3 weeks Main Kitchen
3 weeks Pastry Kitchen

2 weeks Tide Restaurant
2 weeks Breeze Lounge

Here they are quite strict. No negotiation. Not much '人情'. Human sensibilities? Human relationship? I dont know. =.=
Not like my last training hotel, everything can negotiate. XD Somehow miss the last hotel's friends. They are friendlier.

Eventhough I dont really get along with them. YET. Haha! I believe in the end will it will be fine. =D Cause it's me~ Yi Wen!! Okay. Too much of bragging. Bye~

Well, today is 6th of April. But I'm typing this. XD That day was a memorable day. A day which I have eaten the least meals. I ate at 10.30am then went to The Westin Langkawi at 11am. And went to the hostel at 12pm. Which means I do not have any orientaton or to start working.

I reached the hostel. With whole bunch of luggages. I was all alone with heavy bags. I brought alot of things. Because they do not provide kitchen uniform. Which those uniforms are like thick and heavy! Waste the space of my bag. (Which seriously affected me, cause I have no more space for food. Babi.) I am new here. In Langkawi. I sat in the living room for like hours! Without FOOD.

Housemates reached home and when one of my housemates knows that I didnt have my lunch at 6pm. She immediately offered me her Maggi cup. IMMEDIATELY! So kind of her!!! (It's consider very kind when u know someone like not even an hour to do that.) And she thought me things too~! To live there.  Alot! XD 

I was saving the maggi for dinner so I planned to eat it later. Before I eat it, another housemate offered me spaghetti. She cooked extra for me. Haiz... Forgot to take picture. It was oriental cooking with angel hair. Yumm~! Eventhough the hostel is not like Great or what. But people live in there matter alot.

I cant expect everyone to be as nice as me. (I'm NOT. >=D)  But they are really nice. They are Sylvia, An Chee and You Gee.
